【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofprepregthatismainlyintendedtobeusedasbondingsheetsinconnectionwithlaminatesaccordingIEC61249-2-7whenmanufacturingmultilayerboardsaccordingtoIEC62326-4.Thismaterialmaybealsousedtobondothertypesoflaminates.Prepregaccordingtothisstandardisofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest).Theflammabilityratingonfullycuredprepregisachievedthroughtheuseofnon-halogenatedfireretardantscontainedasanintegralpartofthepolymericstructure.Afterlaminationaccordingtothesupplier’sinstructions,theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe120°Cminimum.
