【摘要】:1.1PurposeThisEuropeanStandardestablishestheminimumrequirementsforthequalificationandcertificationofpersonnelperformingnon-destructivetesting(NDT),non-destructiveinspection(NDI),ornon-destructiveevaluation(NDE)intheaerospacemanufacturing,service,maintenanceandoverhaulindustries.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,thetermNDTisusedandisconsideredequivalenttoNDIandNDE.InEurope,theterm“approval”isusedtodenoteawrittenstatementbyanemployerthatanindividualhasmetspecificrequirementsandhasoperatingapproval.CertificationperENISO/IEC17024isnotrequiredbythisstandardunlessspecifiedbylocalorregulatoryrequirements.Theterm“certification”asdefinedin3.1isusedthroughoutthisstandardasasubstitutefortheterm“approval”.Exceptwhenotherwisespecifiedinthewrittenpractice,certificationinaccordancewiththisstandardincludesoperatingapproval.1.2ApplicabilityThisstandardappliestopersonnelusingNDTmethodstotestand/oracceptmaterials,products,components,assembliesorsub-assemblies.ThisstandardalsoappliestopersonneldirectlyresponsibleforthetechnicaladequacyoftheNDTmethodsused,whowriteNDTproceduresand/orworkinstructions,whoauditNDTfacilities,orwhoprovidetechnicalNDTsupportortraining.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoindividualswhoonlyhaveadministrativeorsupervisoryauthorityoverNDTpersonnelortoresearchpersonneldevelopingNDTtechnologyforsubsequentimplementationandapprovalbyacertifiedLevel3.PersonnelperformingspecializedinspectionsusingcertaindirectreadoutinstrumentsasdeterminedbyaLevel3certifiedinthemethod,donotrequirequalificationorcertificationtothisstandard.1.3ImplementationThisstandardaddressestheuseofaNationalAerospaceNDTBoard(NANDTB).NANTDBsareonlyusedasspecifiedhereinanditisnotmandatorytohavesuchaboardforcompliancewiththisdocument.PersonnelcertifiedtopreviousrevisionsofNAS410orEN4179neednotrecertifytotherequirementsofthisstandarduntiltheircurrentcertificationexpires.1.4CommonmethodsThisstandardcontainsdetailedrequirementsforthefollowingcommonNDTmethods:Penetranttesting(PT)Magnetictesting(MT)Eddycurrenttesting(ET)Ultrasonictesting(UT)Radiographictesting(RT)Thermographictesting(TT)Shearographictesting(ST)1.5OthermethodsWheninvokedbyengineering,quality,cognizantengineeringorganizationorprimecontractorrequirements,thisstandardappliestoothercurrentandemergingNDTmethodsusedtodeterminetheacceptabilityorsuitabilityforintendedserviceofamaterial,part,component,sub-assemblyorassembly.Suchmethodsmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto,acousticemission,neutronradiography,leaktestingandholography.Therequirementsforpersonneltraining,experience,andexaminationfortheseothermethodsshouldbeestablishedinaccordancewith6.4anddocumentedbytheemployer.
