【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesbyastaticvolumetricmethodandprovidesaprocedureforcalculatingthevolumetriccompositionofthemixture.Itcanbeusedeitherwithbinarygasmixtures(containingonecalibrationcomponentinacomplementarygas,whichisusuallynitrogenorair)orwithmixturescontainingmorethanonecomponentinthecomplementarygas.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifieshowtheexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionofeachcalibrationcomponentinthemixtureisdeterminedbyarigorousevaluationofallthemeasurementuncertaintiesinvolved,includingthoseassociatedwiththeapparatususedforthepreparationofthegasmixtureandthoseassociatedwiththeexperimentalprocedureitself.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardisgenerallyapplicabletothepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturescontainingcalibrationcomponentsintheconcentrationrange10x10(10ppb—partsperbillion)to50x10(50ppm—partspermillion)byvolume.However,gasmixturesmaybepreparedatlargerorsmallervolumefractions,providedthatthecomponentsusedinthestaticdilutionprocessareselectedappropriately.NOTE2Arelativeexpandeduncertaintyofnotgreaterthan±1%atalevelofconfidenceof95%maybeachievableattheseconcentrations,providedthat:—thepuritiesoftheparentgaseshavebeendeterminedbyanalysisandanysignificantimpuritiesandtheuncertaintiesintheirmeasuredconcentrationshavebeentakenintoaccount;—nosignificantadsorptioneffectsorchemicalreactionsoccurbetweenthegaseousconstituentsandtheinternalsurfacesoftheapparatus,andtherearenoreactionsbetweenanyofthegaseouscomponents,i.e.betweenthecalibrationcomponentandcomplementarygasorbetweenthecalibrationcomponentsthemselves;—alltherelevantapparatususedinthepreparationofacalibrationgasmixturehavebeencalibratedwithassignedmeasurementuncertaintieswhichareappropriatetocalculatingthefinalexpandeduncertaintyforthecalibrationgasmixtureprepared.
