【摘要】:InapplyingtheEuropeanpostaldirectives(97/67/CEand2002/39/CE),standardsregardingthequalityofservicearetobesetandpublishedinrelationtotheuniversalservices.Withthedevelopmentoftheinternalmarket,thesestandardsaimtoensureabetterqualityofuniversalservicesinEurope.Inthiscontext,aprojectteamwasmandated(mandateM/312)bytheEuropeancommissiontodevelopaEuropeanstandardorstandardsrelatingtothequalityofaccesstopostalservicesandtothequalityofpostaldelivery.TheworkitemwasunderthecontrolofCENtechnicalcommittee331.Areportwasproducedbytheprojectteamwhichidentifiedinformationavailabilitywithregardtoaccessanddeliveryasapriorityforstandarddevelopment.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisintendedtoprovideameasurementmethodologytoassessinformationavailabilityusingdeskresearchandaMysteryShopperApproach.TheTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotintendtoimposeservicecommitments.Informationisconsideredtobeoneofthekeystepsinaccessingpostalservicesandpostalusersneedtohaveinformationavailableontheproposedservicesaswellastheapplicableconditionsforaccess.Increasingthelevelofinformationavailablewillinevitablyreducecomplaints,resultinginimprovedcustomersatisfactionandhigheroverallcustomerloyalty.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesaprocedureforthedeterminationofvolatilealdehydes(especiallyformaldehydeandacetaldehyde)andothercarbonylcompoundsintheexhaustairofanemissiontestchamberafterapplicationofalow-solventorsolvent-freeadhesiveasdefinedinEN923.Themethodisbasedonchemosorptionofvolatilecarbonylcompoundswith2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(inthefollowing:DNPH)impregnatedsilicatubesorcartridgeswithsubsequentsolventdesorption,clean-upandliquidchromatographicanalysis.Themethodpermitsmeasurementofseveralaldehydesincludingformaldehyde,acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde,butyraldehyde,valeraldehyde,isovaleraldehyde,hexanal,benzaldehyde,2,5-dimethylbenzaldehyde,o-tolualdehyde,m-tolualdehyde,p-tolualdehyde,crotonaldehydeintheconcentrationrangeofapproximately10μg/m3to1mg/m3(seeISO16000-3).
