【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestomechanicalcontinuoushandlingequipmentusedinopencastligniteminingandtomechanicalcontinuoushandlingequipmentserving-toconveyligniteoroverburdenfromopencastmines,or-toreturntheresidualsandtailingsfromligniteprocessingtoopencastmines,or-toconveylignite,overburdenorligniteprocessingresidualsandtailingsfromoneopencastminetoanother.Thisstandardappliestocontinuoushandlingequipmentoperatedindelimitedsiteareasthatareoff-limitstothepublicandaccessibleonlytoauthorisedpersons.Itspecifiessafetyrequirementsforstationary,mobileandshiftablecontinuoushandlingequipmentdesignedtotransportbulkgoodsbycontinuousmovementfromaloadingpointtoadischargepoint.Thestandardconsidersthesignificanthazardsthatariseduringtheuse,movementandshiftingofcontinuoushandlingequipment,aswellasthemeasuresforeliminatingorreducingthesehazards,providedthecontinuoushandlingequipmentisusedasintendedandtheremainingriskisforeseenandtakenintoaccountbythemanufacturer.AcompletelistofallthehazardsdefinedunderEN1050:1996isgiveninAnnexA(normative).Therequirementsofthisstandarddonotapplytoequipmentandsystemsmanufacturedandputintooperationbeforethepublicationdateofthisstandard.#,,#
